Tomato Mango Salsa PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

1 Large Mango-Cubed

1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes

1 Jalapeno pepper, diced

1 red pepper, diced

1 red onion, diced

3 cloves garlic

Splash cider vinegar

Corn and/or black beans (if desired)

cilantro, salt, pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Toss Ingredients together. Serve fresh, or store in refrigerator overnight to marinate flavors.
