For coating Veggies & Tofu

 

Ingredients:

Coating:

1 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans

2/3 Cup Unseasoned Dry Breadcrumbs

1 t. Salt

1/4 t. Pepper

1/2 t. Cayenne Pepper

 

1/2 Cup Flour for dredging

2 Eggs lightly beaten

 

Directions: 

Mix coating together (do not add flour or eggs to this). 

 

Use the flour to dredge your Veggies or tofu in, then dip in beaten egg, then cover with the coating and cook as directed (pan fry, fry, oven-bake).
