Pecan Pie PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

3 Eggs

2/3 Cup Sugar

1/2 t. Salt

1 Cup Dark Cane SYrup

1/3 Cup Melted Butter

1 Pie Shell (unbaked)

1 Cup Pecan Meats 

Whole Pecans for top decoration (if desired)

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, syrup and butter.  Add pecan meats. Pour into Pie Shell. Use whole pecans to create a design on the top if desired. Bake for 50 minutes or until custard has set.
