Easy Guacamole PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

2 Large ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted & cut up

2 T. finely chopped Onion

1-2 fresh Jalapeno Peppers, seeded & chopped

1-2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped

2 T. Lime Juice

1/4 tsp. Salt

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even distribution of ingredients.  Transfer mixture to a bowl (NOT Metal), cover with plastic wrap (making sure wrap is completely touching & covering guacamole to prevent browning caused by oxidation), store in fridge for up to 24 hours.
