Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup PDF Print E-mail

Ingredients:

2 Cans Black Beans, Drained

4 Cups Vegetable stock

1 Cup Chopped Onion

1 Cup Chopped Carrots

1 Cup Chopped Green Pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 T. Olive Oil

3 8 oz. Cans of Tomato Sauce

 

Directions:

Sautee Onion, Carrots, Pepper & Garlic in olive oil until tender; salt & pepper to taste

Place sauteed veggies, water & beans & tomato sauce into your slow cooker, stir thoroughly, cook on low for 4-6 hours. Add your favorite hot sauce to taste before serving if you like the heat!
