Ingredients:

1 Egg

1 Cup light brown sugar, packed

1/4 Cup SHORTENING

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Vanilla

3/4 Cup Flour

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 Chopped Nuts (if desired)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients together, Bake for 25-30 minutes
